i tried to dress as a tightrope walker for halloween. despite accessorizing with ballet slippers and a balance bar I ended up looking less like phillipe petite and more like a magician or liza minelli in 'a chorus line', so I had to run with it...some people got it. in hindsight i would aim for 'less top-hat, more turtle-neck'...
